At Laro Piana, every piece is crafted with precision and care. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Please read our return and refund policy carefully before placing your order.

RETURNS

We accept returns within 7 days of the delivery date.

To qualify for a return, the item must meet all of the following conditions:

  • Item is unused and unworn
  • All original tags are attached
  • Item is in its original Laro Piana packaging
  • Item has not been washed, altered, or damaged

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Items that have been worn or washed
  • Items without original tags or packaging
  • Items marked as Final Sale
  • Items damaged due to misuse or improper care

HOW TO INITIATE A RETURN

Contact us within 7 days of receiving your order:

Please provide your order number and reason for return. Our team will respond within 24 hours with further instructions.

REFUNDS

Once your returned item is received and inspected:

  • You will be notified of approval or rejection within 2 business days
  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days
  • Refund will be issued to your original payment method

Cash on Delivery orders: Refund will be issued via bank transfer. Please provide your account details when initiating the return.

EXCHANGES

Size exchanges are accepted within 7 days of delivery, subject to stock availability.

To request an exchange, contact us via Instagram DM or email with your order number and preferred size.

DEFECTIVE OR INCORRECT ITEMS

If you receive a defective or incorrect item, we will cover the return shipping cost and offer a full refund or exchange at no additional charge. Please send us a photo of the issue within 48 hours of delivery.

RETURN SHIPPING

  • Return shipping cost is the customer's responsibility unless the item is defective or incorrect
  • We recommend using a tracked shipping service for returns
  • Laro Piana is not responsible for items lost in transit
